Dome Delivery
Domes are only available for purchase in Perth and Mandurah, Western Australia. These are hand delivered to ensure they are safely received, as they are fragile and need to be handled with the utmost care. Please check your email and junk email folder for a confirmation on delivery date and time, or please provide your phone number at checkout.

Frame Delivery Australia Wide
Please allow up to 2 working days for the processing of your order.
Parcels are shipped via Sendle with signature on delivery.

International Frame Delivery
We now ship frames to most countries!
Parcels are shipped via Sendle and are sent every second Friday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery from Australia can take anywhere from 10 to 30 working days.
Shipping prices are added at checkout and depend on the weight and size of the order.
Any customs duties and taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please be aware that Moon Creatures products are fragile in nature, with glass fronted frames. Every piece is tightly secured into the frame. Your order will be packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and wrapped thoroughly with bubble wrap to avoid breakage, however damages can occur from rough handling during shipping.
Moon Creatures are not liable or responsible for lost or damaged items.
We have no control over your parcel once it has left us.
We do not use any CITES listed specimens so no permit is required to import our products. Your packing slip/invoice will state the exact species names for customs purposes.
